おかピー
It's been a while since I've had it, but it didn't disappoint.
It was fruity like a white wine, a little sweet when opened, but the next day it became more refreshing and to my liking.
It would be perfect as an aperitif.
Before posting on this site, I had a marker in Matsubu. I bought it in 1990 at a sake brewer's cooperative in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
I think the number of sake breweries has decreased considerably since then.
In a move, the eastern edition, which I drink a lot of, was torn and lost somewhere. I have a copy, but it's a big shock!
