・・・This is an old sake that has been matured in raw bottle storage for one year before being heated. Please enjoy its moderate ginjo aroma and mellow taste.
According to the toji's explanation at the event, Hachinohe Shurui's "Josora" is sake brewed with soft water from the Gotoh factory, while "Hachitsuru" is sake brewed with hard water from the Hachinohe factory.
There is no peculiarity of old sake, and it is very delicious with mild taste. The snack is Hachinohe's 38 canned bars with yuzu and pepper flavor.
