酔nosuke
It's been a while since I've had an instrumental Masamune, a Junmai Ginjo from Sake Mirai.
I drank Sake Mirai in a test brewing before, but this is the first time I have had it under this label, so I will have it right away.
It is fresh like a pear and has a gentle sweetness followed by a bitter bitterness with a delicious flavor. The mouthfeel is smooth and light.
As the temperature rises, a grape-like aroma emerges, and the sweet and spicy tastes are well balanced and outstandingly delicious!
The slightly low alcohol content of 15 degrees Celsius further accelerates the saké, making it a dangerously delicious saké.
