The Watanabe Sake Brewery grows its own rice and handles everything from rice cultivation to sake brewing in an integrated production process.
This sake is made from a blend of three different types of rice.
The mouthfeel is more classic, with a robust rice flavor, followed by a not-too-strong acidity.
It is delicious, but I think it is more of a food sake than a stand-alone sake.
