SeiichiThis is the first sake from Setoichi that I have had. It is a Junmai Ginjo from Omachi.
When poured, it is slightly yellow with a clear and refreshing aroma. It puts you in a good mood.
The mouthfeel is crisp and dry with a firm flavor that does not give the impression of alcohol. It can be served solo or with something else.
