I bought a 300ml bottle of Senkou on my way home from a business trip to Tochigi. I drank 2/3 of it on the Shinkansen and the rest of it cold after returning home. (The picture is after I drank it all...)
The small bottle of Sentori Junmai Daiginjo is easy on the pocketbook, so I am happy to have it.
I was very happy to have a small bottle.
When I took a sip, the aroma and taste of apple was stronger than I expected, and my first impression was that it was an elegant apple juice. The sweetness was modest for a junmai daiginjo, but the overwhelming fruitiness was very satisfying. On the Shinkansen, I read through the bottle without any aperitifs. It was a mellow taste as it was a cup of sake after work.
