Limited edition sake from a liquor store participating in the hanpukai.
The bottle is a screw stopper, but it opens with a shuffling sound.
The first thing I did was to start with the top clearings. The aroma is sweet and pear-like. It has a freshness that is typical of nama-shu and a fruity sweetness that is typical of Aizan (←my personal impression).
When the ori is mixed, the flavor of rice is added, and the sweetness of both the aroma and the taste is reduced.
