It is a junmai ginjo made from the newly developed Hiroshima sake rice "Moeibuki", released by Kamotsuru Sake Brewery exclusively through their online store. I like new things, so I was curious and bought it 🐰🎶. Tasting the same sake in 4 different drinking glasses✨. First flavor is a lactic acid aroma like yogurt🍀. When you put it in your mouth, the fresh and soft sourness and sweetness spreads and disappears nicely with a smooth throat. In a word, it is a gentle sweet and sour sake that you can drink as much as you want. Recently, I have been drinking only nama-shu and nama-genshu, so it has been a long time since I have had a hi-ire sake with an Alc of 15-16, which is fresh and new 🐰ww. I thought again that fire-aged sake is also stable and tasty with a clean aftertaste. The label is an illustration of an old man in bloom, but the taste of the sake is also perfect for spring, and I wanted to drink it outdoors while enjoying the cherry blossoms 🌸✨.

Hello 🐰 bunny 🐰🐦. This is the first time I've heard of this sake rice 😳It's Nikkomaru's granddaughter! I'm surprised at the new varieties that come out every year 😊. The taste is just as sweet and sour as the label says, I really want to drink it on the porch while watching 🌸😆.
