It is recommended to be warmed (いたる) rather than chilled (冷や).
Wrap it in plastic wrap and warm it in the microwave for about 80 seconds to give it a sweet banana-like aroma and sweetness! It is like having it with sweets.
It is also sweet when served cold, but I felt it was lacking in sweetness. Warming it up will bring out its character.
