For the record
I would like to say that I bought these two bottles at the recommendation of the owner of my favorite liquor store.
I had never had Yoshida Kura before, but I was told that they had arrived at this modern Yamahai low-alcohol sake in their quest to make sake that is as good as wine.
The first sip after opening the package. It is water.
Second sip. It is still water that is easy to drink. When served with the sauce, it is even more tasteless and odorless.
What's wrong with this? If I say it's not enough, that's all I can say, but I've never had a sake that doesn't interfere with food so much.
Five days after opening the bottle, the sake rice character came out, but it was still water when drunk with food! (LOL)
This comment is the limit for my stupid tongue👅. But I am sure it will go well with any entrée. I would like to try the rest with sweets.
