I bought it at a sacred place in Tokyo. After opening the bottle, the cork was empty in the refrigerator the next day (because it is a fizzy festival). I drank it the next day, thinking that it must have deteriorated... but it was totally delicious, not a hint of deterioration (although the fizziness was slightly reduced). I was drinking Shinsei 🐦‍🔥 at the same time, and I thought that it was even better than the other one in terms of umami. Please try it if you can.
