Rice used: 100% Hitogochiki grown in Nagano Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 59
Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume
I opened a small bottle because it was not enough.
This Kame no Kai is dry. I drank it cold, but it would be good lukewarm as well.
Speaking of Kame no Kai, I haven't been to Nagano for a while.
I'm hoping to go there by the end of this month, but I don't know if I can make it...
