Brewed with Kijoshu, a noble sake.
You'd think it would be very strong, but it's the opposite.
There is a refreshing feeling due to the moderate petitiveness and the loss of acidity. The feeling that passes through the nose is also good.
As the temperature rises, the bitterness also comes out, and although it is low in alcohol, it is very drinkable!
