One of a set of 30 Niigata sake cups for the 20th anniversary of the celebration of the Sake Festival 😆.
Aroma is a bit pungent. Mellow and soft. Creamy. Dry. Lingering rather than sharp. Great with homemade grilled salmon 😋. It is soft and warming. Also good with grilled sea bream.
