新舘幸樹
It has been a long time since I have avoided Kyushu.
Again, I was confused, so I asked the clerk and bought it.
I wanted a crisp sake.
On the first day after opening the bottle, I didn't feel the spiciness that much and felt that it was Kyushu, but on the third day, the spiciness came to the forefront, followed by a bitter taste.
However, on the third day, the spiciness came to the forefront, followed by bitterness, and at the very end, a slight sweetness.
I was a bit surprised at the unexpected change in taste.
It was a bottle that changed my image of Kyushu sake.
