Haginotsuru純米吟醸 別仕込 夕涼み猫ラベル

I found this at a liquor store near my parents' house. This is probably my first Haginotsuru. The cat label is cute. It was served well chilled.
The aroma is green and fresh, like green melon, and the slightly gassy flavor makes it taste like rum. The aroma is gorgeous but not too strong, and the mouthfeel is strongly sweet with a moderate acidity, and I felt a slight alcohol and bitterness. It has a slightly tangy taste, and the overall impression is that it is easy to drink. It was my personal favorite sake. Thank you for the sake.
