Good evening, it's New Year's Eve 🤗 I'm opening a bottle of this one that I'd like to keep for the end of the year 😃.
Jikin Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori Sake Nama 2025✨
Following the Snowball the other day, I guess this is the real winner of the Nigorin pick.
The bottle was opened quietly and started with the top clear liquid. The aroma is a nice bouquet of melon, pear, and yogurt. The taste also has a lively gas, a clear rice sweetness and umami, and a bitter spiciness with a light aftertaste 😋🤤😋, all in all, delicious 😋😋.
When mixed with lees, the lactic acid creaminess is even more delicious 🤤🤤😋😋.
I finished 4 gou of it in no time 😅
