Drinking at home. Today, we drink Niiyu and also Kurosawa. My wife bought this sake as a souvenir from Saku, Nagano Prefecture. When I take a sip, the aroma, sweetness, and acidity come straight to me. I think I prefer it to Niiyuu. The acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste give it a nice finish. I would like to stop by when I visit Saku.
