At a very niche restaurant in Ginza that specializes in Hiroshima cuisine and sake.
We had a lot of Hiroshima sake, but I picked up Takara Kotobuki for the first time.
I didn't have a chance to taste it carefully, but I thought it was a nice, dry sake that would go well with sweet flavors.
I want to repeat it soon.
