This is the second sake we had at Akagakiya 🍶.
This izakaya has only two choices of sake.
I had the Honorary Crown Hiya with a Masu.
The taste of the sake is from the taste of the wood of the Masu 😅.
Kazuhiko Ota sometimes comes to this restaurant!

［I think the "Akagakiya" is "Honorary Crown" 🥰It's still chilly at night, so a warm sake would go well with it 😆.
However, it's amazing how popular it is these days 😲.
About 10 years ago, you could still get in right after opening.

I peeked in on this day on my way back from another restaurant and waited for about 20 minutes because it was about to be empty 😅 they were sold out of the duck roast I was looking for 😭.
There were a lot of foreigners and tourists 😅
