Purchased a very famous sake!
And this is the first Ihyakumangoku I have consciously started drinking.
The acidity was lower than the Yamaguchi sakes I had been drinking recently,

The aftertaste is wonderfully sharp, and the mellow mouthfeel is quickly followed by a smooth finish.
It may be said to be the standard of sake. Delicious.
