Today, we had a lot of souvenirs from Dogo Onsen. I saw the Bocchan train in action, and it was a really tasteful train that matched the retro Dogo Onsen Station 🚂.
I had it with jakoten (fish cake)!
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a clear, pale, sweet aroma like a peach, though it is understated.
The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, but the sweetness and umami part of the flavor is slightly rich.
There is a slight sweet and bitter flavor, and you can feel the melt-in-your-mouth taste as if you were eating chocolate 🍫.
The sweetness fades out quickly, so it is surprisingly easy to drink.
It is in tune with the flavor of the jakoten, and the silky feeling helps the oil to flow away, so it is a perfect match!
The bitterness in the aftertaste is truly chocolate. I will enjoy it while thinking of the Taisho Romantic & Western scenery of Mansuiso.

Good evening, stst!
It's a great combination of local sake with local snacks ❣️... I'm jealous that I didn't get to see the Botchan train 🚂👍.

Good evening, Pon-chan!
I knew you could not go wrong with the combination of local food and local sake✨
I only saw it this time, but it was so cute, it looked like a toy train running!
