The rice used is "Kitashizuku" produced in Kuriyama-cho where the brewery is located.
I thought that the sake was named "back then" and that it was a reproduction of the original taste of the brewery, but it seems to be a little different.
It is a so-called "authentic junmai-shu" (pure rice sake), and it is very drinkable.
It has a refreshing aftertaste and goes well with autumn flavors.
The atmosphere of the label is also ⭕️
