Hakuko純米吟醸 SAKE MAGIC

A crisp jungin. The concept is to dip the wooden tag around the neck into the sake like a muddler, which feels like a barrel of sake. I have had sake aged in wine barrels, etc., but I personally think that whiskey is fine, so perhaps this lighter version is better.
Being a local, I often have a chance to get my hands on Shirokoho, but I think it should be more appreciated among Hiroshima's sake.
