The third drink at the sushi restaurant was Shuho special junmai-shu super-harsh +10 from Shuho Shuzojo.
This is the first sake from this brewery that I have had.
I am looking forward to it because I have an image that dry sake goes well with meals.
I will have it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, it is easy to drink.
It is very tasty, with a soft spiciness and complexity, and a hint of sweetness.

Sushi with dry sake 🍶 at the counter is a blissful moment 🍶 ☺️ beautiful nigiri and the tsumami looks delicious 😋.
