Mr.Masa
I bought this at Sendai Airport when I went back to Ishinomaki, my birthplace. It is a raw sake that requires refrigeration.
I also lived in Shiogama, where Urakasumi was founded, so I support this sake.
Unlike the usual slightly dry Urakasumi, it is fruity and sweet. Even so, the aftertaste is refreshing. It was a delicious sake, just the way I like it. Sake from Miyagi, a rice-producing region, is good!
