Shinetsu-Hokuriku Product Exhibition at Tobu Department Store
Purchased at Yoshinoya's sales booth in Nishinomon
This is the first time I heard of this brand.
According to the store clerk, it is a local brand.
There is not much aroma, and the sweetness and umami are very strong. A little sourness and a little bit of miscellaneous taste.
The aftertaste is soft. I did not know this brand, but it is a delicious sake.
We enjoyed it with yellowtail tataki we got at the same venue.
Junmai Nama-zake with a 50% rice polishing ratio. A good value.
