It is not aromatic, but when you put it in your mouth, the fruity flavor spreads. It is an elegant taste. We had it with oden, but it would be better with carpaccio or marinade. It is said that the sake was matured in a wind cave in the northern Alps. Sake rice is Hitogokochi. Polishing ratio is 59%.
