The transparent bottle with a simple flower design on the label is beautiful!
Sold in two-part bottles, it makes a great gift for someone special! I thought I would give it as a Mother's Day gift. I was going to give it as a Mother's Day gift, but then I remembered that my mother doesn't drink (-...-). -I'll have to drink it myself! I decided to drink it with the logic that she doesn't drink (lol).
The first sip was spicy first, but then came the umami of rice, and after that, the spiciness did not bother me. It was a change like that.
This is my first experience with Tsukiyotan, but I can feel the sweetness and umami of the rice, and it is delicious!
