Sharp, sharp and dry.
But it's not a light spiciness, you can taste the sweet and spiciness together 😋.
It was just the right time to serve kipper sashimi, but I would have liked to have served it with boiled fish 🤔.
It is dry as it should be, and the aftertaste was crisp and clean.
