With fried swordfish. 😄 Uekiya Shoten hanpukai October. 😊 This is the president's treasured one and a half year Aged. 😍 Yesterday, it was still fresh. I felt it was still fresh, but this one I got the impression that it has ripened and become nice. 😂. The first glass was cold sake...something different. I'm not sure how to describe it 😓. From room temperature, you can feel the matured, withered The rest of the sake was served lukewarm 😍. I tried the last one, hot sake. 😄 I have many preferences for temperature range, I raised the temperature to a high level and drastically raised it to a low level! I raised the temperature, I enjoy the process of gradually lowering the temperature. I enjoy the process of the temperature dropping gradually 😁. I'm the last one for this year's hanpukai.
