Introducing "Cherichiyo," a limited edition from Takachiyo, a famous sake brewed in Minamiuonuma, Niigata Prefecture, one of the best rice-producing areas in Japan. The "Takachiyo" series is brewed with the image of a specific fruit or food. This time, it is a bottle inspired by American cherries.
The rice is washed with microbubbles and polished flat, and the sake is bottled unfiltered and unfiltered. The sake is bottled unfiltered and fresh.
The aroma is very sweet and gorgeous. The mouthfeel is fresh, and the mellow, strong sweetness fills the mouth instantly.
