I have been curious about this brand for a long time. Today, I came to this bar for this. The menu was written in hiragana, "Fusa no Kankiku", which made me even more nervous because it was half messed up 🤣.
At the entrance, there is a sweet aroma of rice malt.
The sweet aroma is balanced with the moderately gentle volume of the rice malt in the mouth, and the umami and gentle sweetness of the rice fuse with a soft acidity that quietly finishes off.
Think of the pithy bubbles that would have been layered on top of each other when it was opened ✨✨.
This is delicious 🍶.
I've been curious about this for a while and wondered if this was the sweet juicy kind that's all the rage these days (and it almost is), but the cohesiveness, the clear soft mouthfeel with the sweetness of the rice spreading gently without being harsh, and the soft finish with no acidity are all superb. It's high quality ✨.
I'm glad I came and would love to try their other wines.
