Comet is my favorite Junmai Ginjo from Tasake: ☄️
Comet🌾, Hokkaido's preferred rice for sake brewing, is low in protein, so it can be used to make clear sake.
Hanafuki🌾 and Gohyakumangoku🌾 have similar characteristics and I like many of their sake.
The initial aroma is fresh and sweet.
In the mouth, there is a clear sweetness with refreshing acidity.
It's getting cooler in September, but it's a perfect sake for hot summer.
I wish I had drunk it earlier😅.
Comet is still delicious 😤.
