We had another Sentori Retro. This is the second bottle after the return to Edo.
Last time it was a zero type of raw sake, but this time it is a hi-iru (fire-irrigated) type 1.
Compared to the last time, the quality of the sake is calmer, yet it has a sweet and sour taste that is addictive, just like the old Sentori.
The retro style has the strongest flavor among the modern, classic, and retro styles, and is more flavorful than the aroma. It has a strong sweet and sour taste and can be enjoyed like a juice.
Retro is said to be made from Omachi, which seems to bring out a strong flavor.
It doesn't have much of a sake feel to it, and I can recommend this sake to beginners.
I will also buy the next Retro!
