At Japanese Sake Satou in Matsuyama, Japan.
I took a new employee to my favorite restaurant to drink sake.
The fourth glass was Akishika Jiyeida Omachi.
It has a unique aroma, rich flavor and acidity. It has a unique aroma, rich flavor, and acidity.
I personally prefer this to the Jieida Yamanishiki I had before.
