新舘幸樹
It was an impulse buy because it caught my eye at a direct sales shop I stopped by on a walk. I did it again.
It's a sake brewed with rice from the town where I was born and raised.
I open the bottle, wondering if the rice is from there or here.
The sweet aroma of the rice is more than I expected.
It's been a while since I've had sake stored at room temperature, but it's even better than I expected, with a sweetness and a sharpness to it. (Actually, I almost didn't expect that).
I drank it at room temperature today, but I'll try it chilled next time.
