Once again, I opened a bottle of sake that I had bought a long time ago, but had regrettably not been able to drink...in May! (Laughs) But it was still carbonated. As the name "microbubbles" implies, it produced very fine bubbles when poured into a cup. Shwashy and delicious! Speaking of sparkling sake, Mio by Takara Shuzo (Shochiku Bai) is probably the most famous, but it is also very tasty, and I think carbonated sake and carbonated sake go well together. This sake is much higher in alcohol content than Mio, so it is a little heavier, but it is much easier to drink than other sake.
