And yet, I️ got a drink commemorating the 120th anniversary of the founding of the company and the 10th anniversary of the birth of Pure Black.
It looks like they used a different method to make the koji than the usual Pure Black and fermented it until the remaining sugar content was 0.1%😅.
I don't know the usual Pure Black, so I can't compare it, but the aroma is like a pear, fresh and fresh.
As for the taste, I thought it would be dry in the image, but it was not that dry, I felt the sweetness and flavor firmly, and I think it is a very clean aftertaste because there is not much lingering 🎵.
I had it with tuna, squid and shimaaji sashimi as a snack and it went well 😁I have a stupid tongue 👅 so just for reference wow
But I wonder if I'll use that cold storage bag😅www.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but I think it's a good idea.
