☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. We were so satisfied with Hohogaike Masamune that we decided to drink Obaste Masamune as well🤗. The Tanada label is beautiful ✨. We had it with the sashimi set meal 😋. Refreshing aroma😊. Thought it would be refreshing, but a little thicker 🤔. Firm umami and soft sweetness overlap in the mouth. It tastes like ripe bananas 🍌. Long finish with a full-bodied aftertaste. It was light at the start but leaves a thick impression at the end. And the simple rice sensation 🌾 derived from junmai (pure rice) eliminated the fishy smell of the fish and left a sweet taste 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

ma-ki-San, there was also Genmai and Tasake on the line, but I decided to go with Obaste 😆. This Obaste was also a nice sake, with a lightness and a sheen that is typical of Nagano 😊.
