The last stop yesterday was Shimonoseki.
Since we were there, we had a bowl of tiger puffer fish.
This Kanenaka, as expected from a sake brewer, has a strong peculiar taste.
However, it is neither astringent nor bitter, but has a unique taste.
This flavor also goes well with fugu (blowfish).
It seems to bring out the flavor of pufferfish, which has a light flavor.
