Yamakatsu
This is a dark, mellow, dry, specially aged junmai ginjo-shu from the famous sake "Bon" from Sabae, Fukui Prefecture, aged at ice temperature.
As the tag on the bottle says, it is a very tasty sake with a soft, full ginjo aroma and gentle acidity in the mouth.
We enjoyed it cold, but we would also like to try it lukewarm.
