It's been a long time since I have had this Hidakami. I bought it as a food sake because the one I drank before was sharp and refreshing,
But when I drank it, I found it to be fruity and sweet. I couldn't help but think "You're kidding! I thought, "No way!
It was delicious, but it was not what I was expecting, so I had to do some research before buying.
It is a good sake though 🍶.
