Rice polishing ratio 50%. Yeast: Kyokai 901 yeast, Utsukushima Yume yeast Sake meter degree +2, Acidity 1.6 Alcohol content 16%. It looks delicious from the name 😁. I don't like dry sake, but this was not hard to drink!
