This sake is brewed with local sake rice and yeast extracted from local seaweed. This time it was a gift from the farmer who produces the sake rice.
Of all the Takeba brands, Okunoto is my favorite.
It has a slightly sweet taste with a lactobacillus-like flavor and is easy to drink.
