ma-ki-
The third sake at Komenohana was Hououmida Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake by Kobayashi Shuzo.
I have had several Hououmida's this year, and all of them were delicious, so I am looking forward to this one.
So, let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. Does it have a fresh aroma?
In the mouth, you can feel a slight sweetness from the strong umami bitterness.
The lingering taste is a gentle bitterness, and the balance is as always excellent.
Along with the sweetness, there is a slight citrus acidity that gives the taste a gradation of flavors and depth.
I thought it was a really delicious sake with a sweet flavor.
