Ori Hunter 3️⃣th bottle
Today's sake is Yuki no Bijin-san, which is the first time I've had it, including the clear sake 😀.
As expected of an active nigori, you can feel the great piquancy 😀.
I managed to prevent it from blowing out, but the automatic stirring was about to start and even the supernatant has a little bit of oriki mixed in 😅.
Still, I could taste the difference in taste from the fully mixed stuff 🤣.
The supernatant was very sharp and conveyed a straighter taste 😀.
The mixed sake conveyed a more rounded taste and fruitiness better and more suited to our taste preferences😇
I have never had a clear sake so I don't know what the base Yuki no Bijin tastes like, but I could imagine that the clear sake is probably a delicious fruity sake as well😇.
