いーじー
Purchased at liquor stores. Rarity is extremely high in some areas.
At room temperature.
Yamabuki color. Subdued ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, but the weight increases later. There is a slight astringency.
When heated, it has a moderate umami flavor. It tastes like a traditional mother's sake. The aftertaste is a little long.
We enjoyed it with nabe dishes. Good as a food sake. Good value as a hot sake.
Recommended for intermediate to advanced drinkers.
