It's a little dry and tasty. It's not fruity, but you can always get it in Hiroshima.

The second day, the flavor is a little rounder.

Five days, I think it's less spicy and more mellow.
It doesn't seem to have lost its flavor, but it's getting better and easier to drink.
I'm on pace to finish a bottle in about 10 days, but to enjoy the change in taste, it's still a bottle.
