Yamahai Junmai Sparkling sweet sparkling nigori sake.
Pitchy slightly green apple, firm umami, but a slight bran taste behind the koji flavor. The sake is 12 degrees al 12 degrees and the cup goes on and on 😋Thanks for the treat!
The next day, it has a koji amazake feeling without a gassy feeling, and this is it!
